Our Intimate Wedding Package is designed for you to share your day with 35 of your close friends and family. Weather you desire a smaller wedding or on a budget, you still deserve a memorable day.

You will get to work with your planner/coordinator to ensure that your day is perfect and has your finishing touches. You are more than welcome to add or bring in any additional vendors or decor that you would like to add.

About this package

In Person Consultation:

When choosing this package you will have one “in person” consultation with your planner. This is an “One Hour” consultation to go over table designs, linen colors, flow of the ceremony, music playlist, and arrangements. We want to add your personal touches to your event.

Example Timeline:

  • 20 minutes for guest arrival (music will be playing and everyone can sign your guest book)

  • 20 minutes for ceremony

  • 45 minutes dedicated to pictures and any traditional reception moments with family and friends.

  • 3-4 hr reception. ( dancing, pictures, meal, cutting of the cake, ect)

Cake

  • You will receive a traditional white or chocolate 2 tier wedding cake from a local bakery. We have different cake toppings to choose from. During our consultation we will discuss if you would like to save the top tier as your anniversary cake. There will be an event helper there to cut cake and serve guest.

Champagne Toast:

  • Guest will be served a champagne toast. Please note that we will provide enough for the toast only. It will not be an open bar for refills. You are more than welcomed to add a bartender.

Music:

  • During our in person consultation we will go over Music selections. You will have your playlist organized and ready. You may choose the song that you will walk down the aisle, first dance, waiting for guest, ect. If you do not have a music selection, we will opt to a jazz instrumental selection.

Planner/Coordinator:

  • Your planner/coordinator will accept any vendor contact that you provide. We will send the vendors the confirmed timeline. Please note our in house planner will only plan what is included in this package. We will not plan for any other vendors or additional arrangements that you would like to include.

Event Helper

  • Your dedicated Event Helper will be there start to finish. The event helper will ensure that your guest are taken care of, to assist with serving food, serving champagne, serving cake, setting up, and cleaning.

We have preferred caterers that will be preparing the meals. Event Helper will serve guest buffet style. Food will be placed in nice chafing dishes. We will have enough food for 40 guest. Standard Plates, napkins, and cups will be provided.

Decorations:

  • During the consultation we will go over different designs for the tables. We will discuss tablecloth options and colors. Each table will include table arrangements. If you have a desired look the reception, please send it to us for approval. Please note that this package will not include huge elaborate flower arrangements. Tables will be set with flutes, charger plates, and a cutlery set,

  • The ceremony will have drapery at the front with white columns. Each column will have flower arrangements. The aisles will have rose petals and candles going down the aisle.

  • There will be a room flip after the ceremony. Guest will transition to their tables, We will clear the chairs so that you can take pictures. Once you are done with pictures, we will place your sweetheart table.

Digital Invitations:

  • Once your date and time is confirmed. You will be provided with different options for digital invitations. You may send them to your guest via email or you can choose to print them.

Officiant:

  • During our consultation we will discuss the officiant. You will have a virtual meeting with the officiant once booked.

Photographer:

  • Your photographer will be in in place for 4 hours to get each moment. You will not receive hard copies, you will receive digital copies of your pictures. If you would like printed copies, you will arrange this with the photographer.

Additional Guest: $40 pp. (Limit of 5 additional guest ONLY)

How to book:

  • Tours are available Monday & Wednesdays. Contact us below and we will set up a timeframe.

  • Once you decide that you are ready to book, you will be provided with a contract agreement.

  • At the time of booking there is a retainer of $1500.00 that is due. You may opt to a payment arrangement for the remaining balance.

There is no option changing or trading things within the package. If you do not want something in the package, you may opt out of it. Opting out of something will not change the price.
